The key to maximizing the benefits for our skin care products is using them daily. Our program simplifies your life, giving you one less thing to think about each month. When you become a MONT-ECHO VIP you will receive recurring delivery of our products, billed directly to your credit card, delivered to your doorstep monthly!

STEP 1. Make your first purchase at our online store www.mont-echo.com/shop You simply need to choose VIP BUNDLE and choose at least 2 products for a minimum of $55 (These products will be your recurring shipment, we suggest making it your basics like a cleanser and moisturizer). Note: If you want to order other products with your order you can also do so, but do not include them in your VIP bundle.
STEP 2. Complete the form REGISTRATION MONT-ECHO VIP – AUTOSHIP PROGRAM, providing a credit card for your monthly payments and returning the form by mail, email or fax.
Here is how MONT-ECHO VIP AUTOSHIP PROGRAM WORKS:
Your commitment to the AUTOSHIP program requires a monthly recurring order of minimum $55 retail/month. Each monthly order must be minimum $55 retail (after promotions and special offers). You accept to participate for a minimum of three months. If you wish to cancel your participation before your third order, your credit card will be charged for the standard shipping fees. After three months, you can cancel your participation with no penalty.
INITIAL AUTOSHIP ORDER
Your initial order will be shipped within 2 – 5 business days (Monday through Friday) from the day you placed your first order.
FUTURE AUTOSHIP ORDERS
Your next month’s, and subsequent, Autoship orders will ship on the 15th day of each month (or next business day), your credit card will always be charged within the five days preceding the autoship date. You will be notified by email when your order is processed.
CANCELLING YOUR AUTOSHIP
You may cancel at any time. You must email our company in order to cancel your Autoship. You must contact us before the 10th day of the month in order to cancel your participating in time for that month. Your AUTOSHIP is only canceled once you have received an email from us stating your AUTOSHIP has been cancelled.
PURCHASING ADDITIONAL MONT-ECHO PRODUCT
If you are on an Autoship Program and want to purchase additional products and have them shipped with your AUTOSHIP shipment, you must email our company before the 10th day of the month.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
You are responsible for your credit card information. If there is a problem processing your credit card (e.g. your card is declined or has expired), you will be notified by email. It is your responsibility to correct the billing problem, (i.e. provide a new credit card number, check the expiration date, etc.) so that the order can be processed. Once your information has been updated, your order will be processed as soon as possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct mailing, shipping and email information. If there are any changes, please forward us the changes as soon as possible.
